Here's an example of a small project that turned into something bigger.
The customer wanted the toilet and sink changed but the old floor tiling (those awful peel and stick type!) would have left a gap around where the old toilet sat. So the customer added a new one-piece floor to the order.
The original flooring was removed and in the process uncovered some major damage around the toilet. The underlay and sub floor sheathing was completely deteriorated from years of water exposure. This is probably why the toilet was cracked!
Turned out there was inadequate underlying structure to support the toilet so this was corrected too.
